Every order is professionally inspected, prepared, packaged, and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Because many of our products are live plants and perishable agricultural goods, specific return and refund conditions apply.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Live Plant Policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, olive trees and seedlings cannot be returned simply because:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You ordered the wrong product.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • Local growing conditions are unsuitable.
  • Import permits were not obtained.

Please carefully review product descriptions and growing requirements before purchasing.

3. Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all olive trees and seedlings leave our nursery in healthy condition.

If your plant arrives:

  •  Severely damaged
  •  Dead on arrival
  •  Incorrectly supplied
  •  Significantly different from the product ordered

You may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Reporting a Problem

Any issue must be reported within:

48 Hours of Delivery

To submit a claim, email:

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Description of the Issue
  • Clear Photographs of:
    • The Plant
    • Packaging
    • Shipping Label
    • Damaged Areas

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

Live Plants

Including:

  • Olive Trees
  • Olive Seedlings
  • Custom-Grown Trees
  • Special Order Trees

Opened Products

Including:

  • Fertilizers
  • Soil Amendments
  • Pest Control Products
  • Plant Treatments

Custom Orders

Including:

  • Commercial Orchard Orders
  • Wholesale Orders
  • Custom-Sourced Products

Clearance Items

Items marked as:

  • Final Sale
  • Clearance
  • Non-Returnable

6. Returns for Non-Plant Products

Returns may be accepted for eligible non-plant products if:

  • Item is unused.
  • Item is in original packaging.
  • Item is in resalable condition.
  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Tree Guards
  • Irrigation Components
  • Orchard Supplies

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Incorrect Products
  • Missing Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we may provide:

  • Replacement Product
  • Store Credit
  • Partial Refund
  • Full Refund

at our sole discretion.

8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved when:

  •  Product arrived damaged
  •  Product arrived dead on arrival
  •  Incorrect item was shipped
  •  Order cannot be fulfilled
  •  Product is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Refunds are not guaranteed in all situations and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs Clearance
  • Agricultural Compliance
  • Local Regulations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The shipment is refused by customs.
  • Required permits were not obtained.
  • The destination country prohibits importation.
  • Customs delays result in plant deterioration.

Customers should verify import requirements before ordering.

11. Freight & Wholesale Orders

Commercial, wholesale, freight, container, mature tree, and ancient tree orders are handled individually.

Refund eligibility for these orders may be governed by separate agreements, quotations, or contracts.

12. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

5–10 Business Days

after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

13. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges through our webshop.

If you require a different product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer service department.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
