Every order is professionally inspected, prepared, packaged, and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Because many of our products are live plants and perishable agricultural goods, specific return and refund conditions apply.

2. Live Plant Policy
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, olive trees and seedlings cannot be returned simply because:
- You changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong product.
- You no longer need the product.
- Local growing conditions are unsuitable.
- Import permits were not obtained.
Please carefully review product descriptions and growing requirements before purchasing.
3. Plant Health Guarantee
We guarantee that all olive trees and seedlings leave our nursery in healthy condition.
If your plant arrives:
- Severely damaged
- Dead on arrival
- Incorrectly supplied
- Significantly different from the product ordered
You may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Reporting a Problem
Any issue must be reported within:
48 Hours of Delivery
To submit a claim, email:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance
- Non-Returnable
6. Returns for Non-Plant Products
Returns may be accepted for eligible non-plant products if:
- Item is unused.
- Item is in original packaging.
- Item is in resalable condition.
- Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

After Shipment
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

11. Freight & Wholesale Orders
Commercial, wholesale, freight, container, mature tree, and ancient tree orders are handled individually.
Refund eligibility for these orders may be governed by separate agreements, quotations, or contracts.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within:

after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
13. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges through our webshop.
